Enhanced Appointments and Scheduling

All members in Dr. Bruno’s Personalized Care program will receive same or next business day appointments for all issues including non-emergency issues (same or next business day appointments for emergencies are typically covered by most insurance programs). Additionally, should a member need further support, after-hours telemedicine services are available to all members and their families without the need to pay co-pays or consult fees.

In addition to hassle-free appointment scheduling, program members are also guaranteed to receive on-time appointments where Dr. Bruno will seek to address all of their concerns and ensure that they always walk out feeling confident and satisfied with their visit.

Personal Care Service Representative

Longeviti Health in conjunction with Dr. Bruno’s in-office personalized care services representative is available to assist program members with general questions as well as address all administrative aspects of Dr. Bruno’s personalized care practice.

Dr. Bruno, or another physician designated by Dr. Bruno, will be available promptly to personally communicate with you as a program member by telephone, email, or secure chat via the online portal for any and all issues. The response time and the method of communication will be based on the nature of the issue being addressed.
