Learn about Personalized Care

Based on the positive survey results of my patients regarding personalized care, I’ve made the decision to transition my medical practice to a Concierge / Personalized Care Program in partnership with Longeviti Health, a choice that allows me to offer innovative new methods of healthcare delivery while maximizing my ability to provide patient-centered medicine. By giving you the best of my time, knowledge and care, I believe that we can better take care of your health by keeping wellness and prevention in mind.

While I believe that all my patients would benefit from such a program, in order to provide an effective personalized care program, I will have to limit membership in the program. I am, therefore, reaching out to you to invite you to a presentation of the program to learn more about it so that you can make an informed decision regarding membership.
