Following your annual wellness exam, you can typically obtain reimbursement of your annual program fee from flexible spending accounts (FSAs), medical savings accounts (MSAs), health reimbursement accounts (HRAs), or health savings accounts (HSAs). Please keep in mind that you cannot pay the program fee with your FSA debit or credit card.

The annual fee may be deductible for patients who itemize medical expenses on their tax returns. Your tax advisor can answer your specific questions.

You may cancel at any time, with 30 days notice, and receive a pro-rated refund back to your method of payment for any unused portion of your membership.

Longeviti-affiliated internal or family practice physicians will typically be able to treat your children (between the ages of 16 to 25) for routine office visits with no additional fee. This may vary from practice to practice. Please check with your Longeviti-affiliated physician to be certain. Standard fees, insurance copays, coinsurance or deductibles still apply.

As always, your physician will arrange for coverage and will provide you with contact information as required.  In any event, many Longeviti-affiliated physicians will respond to patient messages while absent.

The annual fee for Longeviti-affiliated practices varies based on locale and the level and number of services you choose to include and can typically run anywhere from $1500 to $5000 annually. The specific fees can be found on your physician’s individual website.

Your annual fee pays for same or next day appointments, unhurried appointments that last as long as necessary, 24/7 access to your physician by phone or email, coordination of specialist visits, advocacy and support during hospital stays, help arranging consultations and outside diagnostic studies, and even phone consultations during travel and extended vacations.

The fee may also be used to cover preventive care medical services that insurance usually doesn’t cover (e.g., advanced diagnostic testing and screenings). Depending on your physician and the fee structure, your fee may also cover access to telehealth services, anti-aging assessments, aesthetic treatments, and AI-assisted nutrition and wellness tracking. Your physician will continue to bill your insurance and charge co-pays as he or she currently does for other medical services.
