Does Longeviti Own My Doctor’s Practice?

No. Your physician and practice personnel are not Longeviti’s agents or employees; rather, they operate entirely independent of Longeviti. Longeviti does not own or manage your physician’s practice.

What Happens If I Choose Not To Join My Physician’s Personalized Care Program?

In the event that you choose not to join your physician’s Personalized Care Program, your physician’s practice will work closely with you to ensure that you receive quality continuity of care until such time as you are fully transitioned to another practitioner, typically working within the same group or under the direction of your current physician.

Can I Still Choose My Own Hospitals, Specialists, And Other Providers?

Yes. This is up to you and your physician. Longeviti does not provide referrals. Pursuant to your insurance plan and network, you are free to go to any hospital, specialist or other providers.

Can I Use My Insurance In A Longeviti-Affiliated Practice?

Most Longeviti-affiliated practices accept insurance.  (Ask your physician whether he or she accepts your particular insurance plan.) Your annual fee pays for same or next day appointments, unhurried appointments that last as long as necessary, 24/7 access to your physician by phone or email and may also be used to cover preventive care medical services that insurance usually doesn’t cover (e.g., advanced diagnostic testing and screenings). Your physician will continue to bill your insurance and charge copays as he or she currently does for other medical services.

Why Do I Need The Longeviti Enhanced Physical And Health Assessment When My Insurance Already Provides For An Annual Physical?

The Longeviti Enhanced Physical and Health Assessment includes tests, screenings, and diagnostics that frequently go beyond what is typically included in your health insurance plan for a basic physical. As part of the program, you and your physician will have the opportunity to discuss your test results in detail. With guidance from your physician, you and your physician will work together to develop an individualized plan designed to improve your health and manage and track results. This is intended to identify family risk factors and monitor and treat chronic illnesses so that you can improve your health and live better, longer.

Do Longeviti-Affiliated Primary Care Doctors Accept Medicare?

Most Longeviti-affiliated practices accept Medicare. Your can discuss the coverage your doctor accepts by contacting their office directly.

Is The Annual Longeviti Program Fee Covered By My Insurance?

No. The annual fee for your Longeviti membership pays for services not typically covered by insurance.

Does The Annual Fee Have To Paid In Full Up Front?

No. In most cases, you can pay the Longeviti program quarterly, semi-annually or annually.  We accept major credit cards and checks. Automatic payments via electronic debit from your designated bank account can also be set up if you prefer.
